<p>3 Exercises to Get Rid of Flabby Arms</p>
<p>Pushups</p>
<p>Pushups are a great arm exercise because they rely on body weight to work your arm muscles. I know it may seem a little intimidating to do them because of all those men we&#8217;ve been watching do 100 pushups over the years. However, don&#8217;t let that stop you from using this exercise for your own purposes. You see, you can do a modified pushup where you lay down on the floor and bend your knees upward &#8211; this makes pushups much easier. You should do at least 10 repetitions.</p>
<p>Exercise Ball</p>
<p>There are so many exercises you can do on an <a href="http://gaiamball.com/">exercise ball</a> and there are several ways you can work with the ball to help tone up your arms. You can push the ball forward and backwards against the wall, push it up in the air and down again from the floor, etc. This is a fun and easy way to tone up.</p>
<p>Shoulder Press</p>
<p>Get yourself some 5-pound weights and sit down in a comfortable chair that has a straight back. Keep your back as straight as possible. Slowly lift the weights up over your head and then. Slowly lower the weights to shoulder level. Repeat 10 times.</p>

<p>While the above exercises work well, that alone isn&#8217;t enough to give you the look of nicely toned arms you&#8217;re seeking. You see, toning your arm muscles is only one step. The other step is that you must follow a diet plan that allows your body to drop the fat from all over &#8211; including your arms.</p>
<p>If you don&#8217;t work to lose weight, then all your arm workouts will be for nothing. Fat will continue to cover up those newly toned muscles. This is why people who workout and don&#8217;t bother changing the way they eat, end up being disappointed at their results. It is one of the most effective gym workouts for the abs. Start with legs dangling and slowly lift your knees in toward your chest. Straighten your left leg out while Concurrently turning the upper body to the right, bringing the left elbow towards the right knee. Switch sides, bringing your right elbow In the direction of the left knee. Continue switching sides in a &#8216;pedaling&#8217; motion for 15-20 reps.</p>

<p> Bicycle Crunches are one of the most effective ways to work the abs. Start by Laying face up on the floor with your fingers behind your head. Step 2 Bring your knees in-towards the chest and lift the shoulder-blades off the ground and avoid pulling on your neck. Straighten the left leg out while synchronously turning your upper body to the right, and bringing the left elbow towards your right knee. Switch sides, and perform the task for the right side. while bringing the right elbow towards the left knee. Continue alternating sides in a &#8216; for 10 15 reps.<br /> Ab Crunches with an Exercise Ball are done the same way as a traditional ab crunch. If done while sitting on the exercise ball, it will give these ab crunches an extra boost.<br /> If you focus on all of the gym workouts for your abs, you will definitely notice improvement in the abdominal area, but you should also consider the diet you are eating to make sure you are burning fat to uncover those toned ab muscles.</p>

<p>Working your abs with an<a href="http://gaiamball.com/"> exercise ball</a> can be an exhilarating way to get a great workout! Exercise balls are fun and simple, but they add an edge to a workout.</p>

<p>The most basic ab routines to do with an exercise ball are a basic crunch and a medicine ball crunch.</p>

<p> A regular crunch will require the use of a larger inflatable exercise ball. These <a href="http://gaiamball.com/">ball</a>s are bouncy, and they are used often in low-impact aerobics classes. To do a crunch on them requires more balance than a regular crunch and helps build up your thigh and ab muscles. Put the ball firmly on the ground and then sit on it. Make sure the ball isn&#8217;t moving before you lie back.</p>
<p> Your feet will stay on the ground, and you can do a crunch on the ball. Do not try to do as many reps with the exercise ball crunch as you do with regular crunches. Because you will be working on your balance, you will not need to do as many crunches to get a great workout.</p>
<p> The second basic way to work your abs with an exercise ball is to use a <a href="http://gaiamball.com/">medicine ball</a>. These balls are smaller, but they look the same as the large exercise balls. Some medicine balls are tightly inflated, but others are hard.

<p> To do a crunch with a medicine ball, simply do a traditional crunch. As you come up into the crunch, twist your torso slowly to the left. On the next crunch, twist your torso to the right. By doing that, you can build up the muscles along the sides of the abdominal wall.</p>

<p> Once you have mastered working your abs with an exercise ball with these basic routines, you can begin to branch out. Try doing standing crunches and holding the ball against you. Though it may be simple at first, you will discover that your muscles will need to work harder as you try to balance the ball on your midsection.</p>
<p> You also can try doing a reverse crunch on the large exercise ball. You will need excellent balance, as you will have to hold yourself up with your hands. However, if you can pull them off, these exercises are a great way to add a bit of variety to your ab workout.</p>

Although various types of balls had been used as rehabilitation devices for years it wasn&#8217;t until trainers started using them in the last decade of the twentieth century that their popularity rose.</p>

<p>One of the most crucial factors that attribute to the comfort level of any Yoga session is your Yoga mat. Now some people can make do without a mat, and that&#8217;s fine. However, most people, and that includes me, can&#8217;t sit on a hard floor for too long without getting sores so I need a good thick <a href="http://gaiamball.com/">yoga mat to cushion</a> the floor. I have noticed from personal experience that when I do Yoga with no mat or with a mat that is too thin I come off much worse that before I started the session. This includes sore feet and ankles. However, after using a thick or extra thick yoga mat not only can I have a Yoga session that is extremely comfortable but I can have it for a lot longer. This makes me look forward to my Yoga every morning because I know how amazing I will feel after and that the rest of my day will be energised.</p>

<p>There are a few things you need to consider before getting a Yoga mat that suits you. Different people will feel different on different types of mat:</p>

I personally bought all of mine until I found the one that was perfect for you. At the end of the day all I want is a good Yoga session and my thick yoga mat always ensures I have one.</p>
